Our career direction coaching and process is very different than most. We do not hand you a generic battery of assessments that spits out a vague answer like “go into sales” or suggests a path you could have found online in 20 minutes.
Why? Because senior executives don’t need a quiz. You need clarity grounded in your real track record, market realities, transferrable skills, and leadership wins.
Our approach is highly customized and shaped by nearly 12 years of helping six and seven-figure earners define what’s next. Through focused one-on-one coaching, we surface your most transferable leadership strengths, the problems you solve best, and the themes that consistently show up across your career.
We also clarify your must-haves, deal-breakers, and outcomes you want in your next chapter. From there, we research and map tangible options – titles, role types, and industry lanes where your experience translates cleanly and credibly. Once direction is clear, we craft a narrative and positioning strategy that speaks directly to the opportunities you’re pursuing and gives you the language to lead the conversation.
Option #1
Career Direction Discussion: $300 ² +
- 1-Hour Call
- This coaching experience sets us up for success in our next steps – and must be purchased with one of our Job Search or Executive Evolution Packages. (+$4,995 and up)
- We start with an initial one-hour exploratory call to solidify your next steps – after you complete a brief onboarding conversation starter to get the discussion started.
- Sometimes clients with a fairly firm understanding of the type of roles they will apply for – just need some pre-discussion before we dive into the included time with our base package, as this helps produce better responses for all of our time together – and bring clarity to your job search.
- This would include a straight 1-hour discussion – with built-in time for us to review your onboarding questions – but there is no post session follow-up. (no notes, research, etc)
- With this option, you will search for and find your own job links that you will be targeting in your job search.

Full Career Direction Coaching: $3,995 ¹|² +
- This coaching experience sets us up for success in our next steps – and must be purchased with one of our Job Search or Executive Evolution Packages. (+$4,995 and up)
- This is the option most of our clients choose – as it's a comprehensive experience – and ensures a much more complete review/discussion of your qualifications, and potential next step career options.
- This will provide you with an opportunity to look beyond the narrow focus – and see where your skills, experience, and additional certifications could take you next.
- We start with an initial one-hour exploratory call to determine your top skills, interest areas, and applicable experiences toward other career paths
- After the first call we get to work preparing a comprehensive 8 to 12-page career options guide, highlighting outcomes from our call.
- Next, we will ask for your thoughtful feedback on the document
- Then we finish with the 2nd one-hour call to solidify our direction, so we are able to best prepare targeted materials toward your job search goals
